Book

Books can be obtained from other libraries on loan when the book is not owned by the Del E. Webb Memorial Library. To request a book, complete the form available at the ILL Office or use the online ordering form. In most cases a fee does not apply to this service. See fee table for details. The process takes an average of fourteen days. Items may be rushed for a fee.

Article

  • Outside copy: Articles can be obtained from other libraries on loan when Del E. Webb Memorial Library does not own the article. To request a copy of an article the library does not own, complete the form available at the ILL Office or use the online ordering form. A fee does apply to this service. See fee table for details. The process takes an average of nine days. Items may be rushed for an additional fee.
  • Local copy: Articles that are owned by the Del E. Webb Memorial Library can be photocopied. To request a copy of an article the library owns, complete the form available at the ILL Office or use the online ordering form. A fee does apply to this service. See fee table for details. This process usually takes between one to two days.
  • Pull: A journal the library owns can be pulled from the shelves. To request journals to be pulled, complete the form available at the ILL Office or use the online ordering form. A fee does apply to this service. See fee table for details. This process usually takes between one to two days.

Proceedings of a conference

Conference proceedings can be obtained from other libraries on loan when it is not owned by the Del E. Webb Memorial Library. To request a conference proceeding, complete the ILL online ordering form. In most cases a fee does not apply to this service. See fee table for details. Dissertation/thesis

Dissertations and theses can be obtained from other libraries on loan when they are not owned by the Del E. Webb Memorial Library. The process takes between ten to fourteen days. Another option is to order dissertations from UMI (University Microfilms International) online.

Video recording

A video recording can be obtained on loan from other libraries when they are not owned by the Del E. Webb Memorial Library. To request a video recording, complete the ILL online ordering form. Loansome Doc article requests

Loansome Doc is a service the library provides to individuals in cooperation with the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The service allows users to request an article directly from PubMed, a web-based interface to MEDLINE. To use, you must first establish an agreement with the Del E. Webb Memorial Library through the ILL office to obtain your LIBID and then obtain a Loansome Doc user ID and password from the National Library of Medicine. Fees do apply for this service. See fee table for details. For articles owned by the Library the process usually takes one to two days. If the article is not owned by the library, the process takes an average of nine days.
