September 24 was the Loma Linda University Welcome Back Bash. This year's theme was the circus big top. The Libraries decorated in classic 19th Century P. T. Barnum style with a collection of "oddities." The Libraries also extended the Bash for the entire week by having students participate in a tour of the library, collect ticket punches and enter into daily and grand prize drawings. The grand prize was drawn on Friday, September 28 at a reception opening the library's newly renovated 4th Floor patio.
